Cedar is still closed between 7th and 10th. There is one lane open southbound on Cedar from 12th to 10th. The 7th and Cedar intersection should open next week (Hallelujah!). They've made a lot of progress as well on the sidewalks on Cedar too. I was thinking today to myself I may not recognize downt...

It would be nice to see LRT expand at least out to the campus. It's such a logical stop.

Re: Cossetta's Alimentari

Was this the once-dirty petroleum site that was the subject of the lawsuits about whether or not they'd let them build residential? Yes, but those parcels are west of where these buildings and the new school are located. The city had planned some soccer fields there among other things, but those we...

Fun.....I love this kind of urban infill development! Yeah, I really think this is a cool development. Wall Companies also did the Western Row development in Cathedral Hill. They really know what their doing. You don't often see so many million dollar homes going up all at once in an inner city lik...

Construction is expected to begin in the spring of next year and finish by mid '14. The relocation of the Kendall Hardware store took longer than anticipated due to construction difficulties (old building footings from a previous building on their new site).
