And timing. Not sure. But approvals could start his year and construction in 2017

Re: Minneapolis Armory

I wonder if they'd be better off opening at City Center, replacing Sports Authority and building on what's already there with Saks, Brooks Brothers, Len Druskin and Marshalls. It might be moot now, but what do you think?

Development surrounding St. Paul soccer stadium could total $450M http://www.bizjournals.com/twincities/blog/real_estate/2016/02/development-surrounding-st-paul-soccer-stadium.html I think we ought to pay very close attention to what kind of city subsidies are requested for the parking ramps and whe...

Clock stopped blinking TCF in January. The lease ran out Dec. 31. And the building's name appears to have changed to the street address: 121 South 8th Street

If I was guessing, I'd say hotel goes on bottom, then office, then apartments up top. An unusual combination in Minneapolis, to say the least. If office is in the middle, what goes on top, hotel or apartments?

The 614 Co. owns the site by the Schmidt music building and they have talked with every developer over the past 15 years. Hines is the most recent. You'd think The TCF site would be redeveloped first.
