US Bank at Raymond & University is closing and being sold for redevelopment along with the adjacent parcel to the east. Rumor is 'student housing' whatever that means. There is a reserved space for a future bike connection to Ayd Mill from Dayton Ave. The space was set aside during the Whole Foods project replatting.

It creates development sites adjacent to the LRT station, removes some width, and add more ped space. It's cutting off the 'point' of the current road loop.
