Re: Tunnels!

Not transportation tunnel, but the 10th Ave project will have a new water main tunnel bored under the river to replace the main that’s attached to the bridge currently.

IMO post them in any thread that is relevant to the subjects in the photo. However there is a dedicated Photography forum if you have any that don’t seem to fit. You could make a thread there for your miscellaneous photos. That is a spectacular vista though. It will vanish when the other half of the...

Re: A Line - Arterial Rapid Bus

No argument to prioritize improving the most used and needed routes. With the speed and simple costs of studying everything to death before we do transit anything I hope someone keeps some track of the population center that grows at the Ford site and the job center that grows in the United Healthca...

Condo sales/apartment rentals maybe should to be forced to disclose which chunks of an “assumed view” is developable so people desiring to own/rent can make informed decisions.

Non-disclosure would put liability in an interesting place.

This is the Cupertino syndrome. Any children except those who have already enrolled are viewed as a burden, far better to let the school district wither away gradually than accept an underutilized medical office building get replaced with market rate housing and more taxpayers.
