I’m impressed how Broadway and Marshal has attracted so much and keeps attracting.

It’s proximity to downtown, the riverfront and parks, on a decent bus route, and even relatively decent highway access for a Northeast neighborhood node must all be part of it.

I work north of Washington. Getting the buses to cross Washington is regularly so terrible that bus routes are abandoning service at Marquette and 2nd. The 477 for instance cancelled service north of Washington because getting buses across Washington is so bad. Box blocking by car drivers is normall...

4th still would need to cross the freight and commuter rail. We don’t want that crossing at grade.

It feels like this could as well go here. Park Nicollet/Healthpartners received a donation to expand their eating disorders care clinics.
