It could. While all the parking is structured underneath the units, one level is described as below grade and a second at grade. Blake passes quite high above the creek where the single below grade level might still be above the flood line. Will find out at the meeting tomorrow.

Uber will be sued because current employees stole Waymo's (Alphabet subsidiary) LiDAR designs when they worked at Waymo to bring with them to new jobs.

Local streets are paid by property taxes. The gas tax, license tabs and vehicle sales taxes do not pay for 80% of state aid roads and highways. Not sure the exact amount but a large portion is the general fund (so income taxes are a big chunk?) and debt and bonds.
