Re: 200 12th Ave S

Infill is good. Would’ve preferred something taller to tone down the height difference with Eleven in the neighborhood.

Re: University of Minnesota - General Topics

Interesting. I can’t remember, did the U have any involvement in that United proposal from a few years back? Really liked that one.

Life Time CEO says luxurious new club at Southdale is just the beginning Akradi isn’t stopping, either. His next project at the Southdale shopping mall includes a bold proposal to use the former Herberger’s department store site to build a 25- or 26-story apartment tower within walking distance of ...

Re: Bike Share

The flexibility of the system is important and the dockless hubs were a flop this year. Why are scooters ok to be dockless but not bikes? I enjoyed riding the e-bikes when one was available. Especially on warmer days when I would've taken the train/bus instead. If it's a per minute charge even with ...

Re: East 38th Street & 38th St Station Development

I definitely take the Blue Line or Nice Ride to go to the store from time to time using this station. Car free would be very doable. Also can take the 23 bus to Lunds across the river. Still think that AMA Medical should turn back into a grocery store though!

Re: East 38th Street & 38th St Station Development

Hopefully this goes through. It would be nice to finally get something built on that empty lot. Now we just need Lander to figure out their phase 2 with the city and the Checkerboard proposal move along. Would be great for the 'hood!

Re: Alia Tower - 200 Central - 483' / 40 Stories

Bummer. Wonder if they’ll go for a shorter tower to cut down on the high priced units? Thought it was a different enough project from Eleven. Sure seemed like both could be successful.

Yellow Tree development at 24th Ave/38th Street was at the CPC on 12/3 with 4000 sqft commercial.
Went by this site last night, it's fenced off and they're cleaning up the demo'd gas station.

Re: Bike Share

I've been surprised by the number of dockless blue bikes are left out of their hub. Are that many people really paying the $5 out-of-hub fee!? They aren't charging people. Is this a change in policies? Or an unofficial guess? I don't know for sure but it probably has to do with the slow roll out of...
