Exciting news for the neighborhood! Catrinas Mexican Grill opening this spring in the West Side Flats Apartments! Construction us now underway. Will be very nice to have another lunch option within walking distance for all of the business workers in the area!

Just read an article that Kowalskis is looking to expand in the Twin Cities with small format stores. I could see them putting one here!

Anyone able to view the unlocked article? Whats the scoop on this? A new Hy-Vee in Bloomington would be awesome! This would not be good for the Cub 4 blocks down Lyndale though.

This looks great and will finally fill the vacant space from Snyders Drug. Does anyone know if Champps has closed or are they being kicked out?

Glad to see more development on these vast vacant lots. Is any retail/restaurant space proposed in these new buildings? With all these new residential units plus U.S. Bank, Comcast, Red Cross etc near by you would think a lunch place or small convenience store could make a go of it here.

They have the fences up for construction of the Carribou /Myburger building. The cit says construction expected to be completed by spring.

I am happy to see these signs go up. Hopefully they add some additional landscaping to the vacant lot on Lyndale and 62 in Richfield where that sign is going. As is it is a pretty barren place!

I also peeked in the windows and there is nothing going on in there, just the signs. It would be nice to have a few more options for lunch in the neighborhood. There really is not much around there.

Apparently Great Clips will also be in the building with MyBurger and Caribou

So according to the presentation to the Richfield planning commission, the building is going to have a Carribou Coffee and a My Burger. They are also in talks with a franchise hair salon, small electronics store, and possibly a small dentist office.

Maybe Dunkin Donuts as the chain coffee shop? Plans for the new building are on the Richfield Planning Commission site.

I really hope that My Burger does come to Lyndale Station. Would be nice to have some high quality burger options in the area and to get that corner spot filled! I wonder what chain coffee would go there? Carribou just closed its location in that intersection last year.
