There's enough parking lot though for them to build the towers and leave the building alone. I'm guessing that's the plan.

Re: Stadium Parking Ramp Development Site

They just bought a site in the Mill District from Ryan. That office building right across from Gold Medal and next to Izzy's. Not saying it means they're going to build it there but there's a chance.

Ah yes. If funding for a 30 story office building won't work here, a 90 story one totally will. Blame the banks friends.

Is this in addition to or instead of the Sonder Shaker bar/restaurant announced earlier?
I think in addition? IIRC there's a good amount of retail space.

Are you sure they didn't do a Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V with the Nic on 5th?
I could say that for every building. Even our city hall.

Re: Ritz Residences - 365 Nicollet Mall (334' - 30 stories)

What cam? Also, side note, why the hell did have to vary from white to grey to BLACK precast? All white would have looked just fine. Or something not on the grey scale. Walking from the river up Nicollet, I can't wait to see the black precast covered up. It's worse than the parking podium in a lot o...

The Longfellow n'hood org seriously held a committee meeting on election night? WTF.

How were there any nerds left to attend?
Marcy Holmes did too but had good turn out. We apparently needed it for the General Mills project, which is probably true.

Is there a master plan for this site yet? I feel like something is going to need to focus in on the challenges of walk ability, retail, travel demand and overall lack of a concise central design.
