Re: West Calhoun Apartments - (3118 West Lake Street)

True that, i was thinking id write Betsey Hodges next and A, see if i get a response and B, see if she really means to grow Minneapolis to 500,000 And do everything it takes to achieve such a goal. But you make a good point about the council seeing as they have the power in this city. But i guess i ...

Re: West Calhoun Apartments - (3118 West Lake Street)

I didn't mean to for people to write them and call them names, i simply called Bob a name that i think is entirely justified. Especially with quotes like this "We don't oppose everything", and history saying otherwise. But i do think if lots of people write in and voice there support they will under...

Re: West Calhoun Apartments - (3118 West Lake Street)

We need to get as many people on this site to write the idiots at CIDNA and to go to the next public meeting before they stop this development or force Trammel Crow to build a another nondescript box. If the jokers at save dinkytown can get so much attention we can too! this Bob Corrick, Chair of th...

Re: Star Tribune Blocks

Why not one or two relatively simple pedestrian/bike bridges they cant be much more then a couple million. That way if the City and County want a land bridge or to close off the road in the future they can. But i feel like this would be the best approach for now, so Ryan can get the show on the road.

Re: Dock Street Flats Phase II

I agree, i feel that the north loop is reaching a critical mass in the next 5 years or so, especially if the city puts in some parks and a school or two. Once all these amenities are in place i believe the north loop will continue to grow despite any economic slowdowns albeit at a slower rate. But M...

"Luthman says Hines is in the early stages of evaluating a site it owns adjacent to Dock Street for a rental tower. “We’re bullish on it. [But] w...
