Re: Nicollet 301 - 20 stories - ~200'(?)

I wish there was more setback along Nicollet, it looks like it will be boxing in Cancer Survivors "Park", when it really should be opening up to it and a future path to the river.

Re: Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board

Looking at all the diagrams, where is it forcing people off? The Y split near Portland can change to favor continuing west onto 50th, no problem, if that's what the traffic demands. The ramps up to Lyndale hitting right turn only medians, fine, should have been there already. Is that really all? I c...

Re: A Line - Arterial Rapid Bus

The 46 serves three Minneapolis High Schools (Southwest, Washburn, and Roosevelt), so while i like the idea of interlining the A-Line, I would not like reduced service or limited stopping the 46. Maybe instead of crosstown connection to Edina on 50th, the A Line took 42nd to Cedar and then 66th Ave ...

Is it that you don't see the parking podium, or you don't want to see the parking podium?

This seems too weird for Bergan's Supervalue. I suspect that if this actually goes through, it'll be rebranded Cub.

Re: Metropolitan Council

Former Minneapolis City Councilmember Robert Lilligran is a solid choice, as is Susan Vento (chair of Friends of the Mississippi River). Falcon Heights Mayor Peter Lindstrom is meh. Wendy Wulff is a former Pawlenty (and Dayton) appointee to the council, and I have no idea why Waltz would include her...

Can't park a food truck in a skyway.

Maybe we need a unified sign to label our public skyway access points.
