I've looked from the Stone Arch Bridge and luckily the roof signage should be mostly blocked by existing buildings, but just barely.

Assuming we can't completely close Portland, is there any reason we couldn't change Portland and Park to two-way (with 1 through lane in either direction) north of 5th/6th St?
