From a credible source that explicitly requested to remain anonymous, BNSF has effectively killed this project for the above reasons.

Re: 240 Park Ave S - Zygi's Apartments - 18 stories - 188'

But they don't have to provide all of these options in one building, especially given the amount of building and new retail that is proposed to the area. Some kind of unique special...

Re: Electric Scooters

Jump looks like they use the same brand as Lime. Which is too bad because I remember many Lime scooters breaking last year. It’s interesting that they are capping city wide at 2K and downtown at 800, with a required 600 in North. All split evenly between the 4 companies. That sounds like a lot to m...

Have they figured out what’s going to be built on the southern portion of the driving book yet? The part of the block not currently occupied by the new headquarter building. If you read the Strib comments section, any public transit might as well be a RV.

Personally, I think I could grow accustomed to life without an oven rather quickly. A vast majority of my cooking is skillet based. However, from ages 20 to about 26/27 frozen pizzas were a staple item for me (in the range of 1/week). From what we've heard that age group is the Target (hehe) demogra...
