SO they can bring the Metrodome down with a controlled blast but not a parking ramp??

How many "lids" are there in the metro? I can think of 3 - Highway 5 by Fort Snelling, Minnehaha and Highway 55, there's an exit ramp in St Paul that goe under the history center.

I'm more interested in the two buildings in the background of the rendering. ☺ That is the Harbor Bay proposal to replace the city owned parking ramp. Isn't Harbor Bay over by the river and government center? These buildings are the Michael's site. Maybe that's what they're called...I dunno...
