Re: Highland Park water storage tank
Construction fence has erected in the Snelling/Ford Parkway parking lot. No word on exact start date. The overhead power lines between the tower and the tank are borderline on whether they can stay or not. New finish grades are lower than existing ground around the poles. 6’ difference on the one on...

Re: Archive Apartments - 110 1st Street N
I drove by yesterday. Visitors were parking on 1st, lots of Ped traffic, the only sign of finishing work from the exterior is a dumpster and Porto-pots out back by the Fed delivery entrance. Great to see.

Highland Park water storage tank
The inground water storage tank on the west side of Highland National is being removed. The space will be turned into athletic fields once removal is complete. The tank is 18,000,000 gallons, nearly 100 years old, leaked quite a bit for the last 20 years of it’s use, and has been decommissioned for ...

There will be a retaining wall separating the two buildings along the east side, with the new building’s loading dock being lower. The loading dock is halfway down along the east side.

Re: Minnesota Representation at the Federal Level
I can see no reason on the horizon why Minnesota’s growth rate would increase. With southern states growth rate double or triple of ours, I don’t see how both states won’t lose seats.

Parking is not strictly for residents.
I’m proud to have been part of that project, I hope they fill up quickly.
Grant, did you happen to see if the Fed has finished up their fence project?

Incorrect deck hanger brackets on the indented center section above the alleyway, leading to total siding removal, will do that.

Cretin in St Paul was recently changed (94 to Ford Parkway) from 30 to 25 mph. When I roll thru at 5:45 am SB, it is now a 3-4 time a week occurrence of getting passed south of where it switches from 4 down to 2 lane. (Residential area) Until enforcement changes, driving habits will not. It will onl...

Demo could mean anything coming from the office. I’m not sure if they meant East Hennepin, not Hennepin. 420 is the address. Glam Doll donuts may want to gear up, if it’s East Hennepin.

Being that I work for one, I can attest to that being untrue. We were already losing work due to the pandemic and the shutdown.Essentially the demolition contractors jacked up their prices following the riots, so the city stepped in to help coordinate relief.
