I will try to remember to take pictures of this site at least every other week, seeing as I walk by it 2-3x/week.

Yeah, the combination of large glass panels and ballasted track (hey, free rocks for throwing) was a bit shortsighted. But maybe you were referring to something else? The maintenance is just lacking in general.
