I thought the only thing keeping the Feds from their match was a lack of funding on our end. Assuming that funding issue gets resolved (and I thought they had some kind of plan/backup plan), then the match would still be made.

I'm confused....in the picture showing where the project is going in the BizJournals, it looks like two separate "C"-shaped buildings, each facing a different direction.

I understand preserving the areas closest to the lakes to be zoned smaller, but this is one area where I don't feel that's as necessary (another is on the north end of Lake Calhoun).

Did anyone hear how he died? I mean I heard complications from a surgery, but I didn't hear specifically what had occurred (i.e. infection, etc.).
