Re: 1400 Park Avenue

The new Wells Fargo branch is days from opening (demolition of the old branch will begin ASAP afterwards) and the new 1400 Park Ave project in the background. https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/49624790818_c6aa94c7a2_k.jpg 9th and Portland looking south Minneapolis 3-5-20 by Matt Bappe , on Flickr

Yeah, I took some more “before” pictures of the gas station at the same time I went on that long walk. Still totally open and people getting gas

LakeHaus 3100 W Lake St

This is topped out. The building is thick in person and the area near it is packed full of buildings now.

Re: Northeast and Southeast Minneapolis - General Topics

Thanks a lot. I did the big stair climb at Capella. Yeah, it is really fun to compare pictures even from a year or two ago. There is so much new construction and it is actually difficult from some angles to see the ground or an open lot.

Re: St. Louis Park - General Topics

I sat next to Rachel Harris (new SLP city Council member) for dinner tonight. She lives down the block and said the neighborhood will actually be behind this one (surprise surprise). They have been very anxious to see something done with that vacant lot that has been there for decades.

Re: Downtown Minneapolis General Topics & Development Map

The building very much smells smoky, and all sides have blown out windows.
