I don't know why there is so much resistance to the Y moving. It's currently really hidden and hard to access outside of the skyway system. Correct. There is no LA Fitness downtown. If the Y left their current space they'd be leaving a place for a potential competitor to move in.

I'm curious about the Y as well. I'm there everyday and for the most part it's pretty busy. I would suspect that they are looking for a larger space. The current location doesn't leave really any room for expansion. That brings the question of where could they go that would be large enough? And what...

Is anything being done with the exterior of the City Center now that two new tenants are coming in? I recall seeing images from the mall redesign but those weren't from the building owner.
