I couldn't tell from the article, which talked exclusively about offices, but will there by a gym/pool?

Re: Downtown Minneapolis General Topics & Development Map
I have more details, but it's more fun watching people overreact/speculate, especially on here.
Floors one and two will continue to have retail, with the Y retaining some portions of one and two.

Re: Downtown Minneapolis General Topics & Development Map
I think most people will be pleased. The 6th/Nicollet corner will be nice. And the atrium will remain a focal point. Ah, a ymca office...more great use of space along nicollet:(. I really hope they don't totally screw this building like rbc plaza did. Still no mention of what happens to the atrium. ...

Re: Downtown Minneapolis General Topics & Development Map
Correct. There is no LA Fitness downtown. If the Y left their current space they'd be leaving a place for a potential competitor to move in.I keep wondering if LA Fitness will try to open a location downtown. They are the only one missing. Right?

Re: Downtown Minneapolis General Topics & Development Map
I'm curious about the Y as well. I'm there everyday and for the most part it's pretty busy. I would suspect that they are looking for a larger space. The current location doesn't leave really any room for expansion. That brings the question of where could they go that would be large enough? And what...

Re: Downtown Minneapolis Retail News
Is anything being done with the exterior of the City Center now that two new tenants are coming in? I recall seeing images from the mall redesign but those weren't from the building owner.
