Three urban campuses with thriving commercial districts that I've visited in the past year are the University of Washington in Seattle, the University of California in Los Angeles and Northwestern University in Evanston.

Perhaps the developer realizes that, while Hennepin-Washington is becoming a fairly dense and walkable urban neighborhood, the residents of this building live in the Twin Cities, which remains a car-dependent metro area. It seems unreasonable and unlikely to assume that those living in this building...
