Westbound northbound trains have to clear Portland Avenue. I really wish the trains could automatically get the next cycle at Chicago rather than waiting through the Chicago and 4th Street lights. I have seen Franklin pop back to a permissive bar signal when approaching the crossing.

I'm pretty sure a westbound train just changed the light at Raymond...the lights turned red on university, then the left turn arrows went to green for about 5 seconds, then the lights turned green on university as the train approached. Is this considered a "low traffic" intersection or is this St. ...

I like this plan. I am thinking the route through Fort Snelling would be opposed. Also the MOA station would have to add two new bay for trains.
