Well I guess my reasoning is only anecdotal, but I knew a girl who lived on Milwaukee and she was loaded, her dad was some record exec and they had a super nice house, but like I said that's only anecdotal it could be different for other people.

Ok so I couldnt get the whole thing scanned for god knows why, but the jist is, they want to add housing to the lot eventually as well and make it the "gateway to the U on the west bank" whatever that means. But knowing the U this will be expensive and require some tuition hikes! yippee!

Milwaukee Ave is in Seward, its a pedestrian only street with a bunch of big old houses on it, and rich people living in them

I don't think I'd have to worry about my job as they were throwing it away anyway ha, but its going to be on the parking lot on Riverside and 22nd. I'll scan it tomorrow as I am not near a scanner right now

Hey all, I work at the U and came across a document for what looks like a site massing study for a new rec center on the west bank! It says it will be a $12 million 130,000 sq ft building, built in 2 phases. If any one is interested in more info I could scan the document. But yeah just thought every...
