My understanding is with "self financing" that does not need to be considered, Jim Stanton has self financed in the past and I would assume this is true with this project.

One more Nimby post......IT'S GOING TO BLOCK MY VEIW OF SUMMIT HOUSE. Oh never mind I don't have a VEIW of Summit House :D
IMO this is going to be a fantastic addition to our skyline and I would expect Magellan is moving into Mpls for more than one building.

Below is text of an email that was sent out today about Smack Shack. Do we ever tire of restaurant drama in this town? Can we just stop nibbling the ends of our fingers as we drive by under-construction joints waiting to see if perhaps they might be secretly open? The answer is no, because we’re hu...

This is a list of businesses that fail to pay the sales tax they collect to the State of MN. Azia is on the most recent list as owing $82,454.86 on 1/27/2011 If my memory serves me right...

i wish all of the rehab would stop and these low-density blocks would get redeveloped to at least four levels. I could not agree more, I drove University from the Capital to U of M yesterday and the potential redevelopment of the Ave is huge. There are several projects in process and I am sure ther...
