I'm very curious how the color panels on the parking ramp will turn out. I hope they don't turn out like the color panels on Mozaic.

The expanded sidewalk along here is going to go a long way to enhance the pedestrian experience in uptown. That said, there is no way I would ever live in the building. Hopefully this invested in some good soundproofing and blinds!

Pretty interesting view of uptown. Definitely demonstrates the potential for future development, especially along the south side of the greenway.

Its great that all of these developments are taking place, but I wish there was a greater focus on enhancing the livability of this area. There is virtually no charm in this area and walking around during the day is a truly awkward experience. The talk of a park is a nice start, but its just a start...

It's unfortunate that this wasn't an idea when Mozaic was built. There's essentially no pedestrian access to the Mozaic Art Park from Hennepin (no side walk, just a bus turnaround). Perhaps its just me, but does anyone else think this is a horribly ugly building? It cost a truly unique opportunity to do something special on that end of the park.

I would love to see a round about, similar to Indianapolis Monument Circle or Columbus Circle in NYC, at Portland and 4th St.
