I am curious as to whether there is still any lurking interest in redeveloping the Hinkle-Murphy house and surrounding area. I thought the city had zoning requirements for any new development along Nicollet Mall to include street level retail? It's really a shame downtown is going to lose it's movie theater. I remember one of counsel member Lisa Goodman's goals was to bring back a theater to downtown. Perhaps an IMAX theater would and could still be a bigger draw!
