It looks there are 8 apartments on the top 2 floors. All will be remodeled (including getting A/C). 1st floor will get some sort of restaurant/bar.

Sabri Property is listed as the new tenant.

My whole point was, the Vikings wanted to turn Chicago Ave purple. This would do just that while also paying tribute to one of the most renowned personas to ever come out of Minneapolis.
