Re: Saint Paul - General Topics

The old mid-century Woolworth's building at 428 Minnesota is finally going to get some love. http://www.twincities.com/2016/04/27/st-paul-woolworths-building-mad-men-makeover/ Interesting to note, it was STILL leased. Wahh? Woolworth’s long-term land lease expired last year, giving the building own...

I know the majority of people here are 'anti-car', but where are people going to park?
Not much in transit options.

It would have to have a separated elevator for the players. If you have not been around hockey players or their equipment after a game or practice, they smell horrible!

The Toronto Raptors already have "We the North", so we will have to tweak it to "We the North USA" ?

Re: TCF Bank Stadium

Has anybody seen renderings as to what the temporary seating will look like? And also what will the endzones be painted? Or can they change that quickly for the Gophers and Vikings? I did try Googling but couldn't find anything, so you guys are my crutch.

Re: Super Talls

I just did a Google Maps aerial view of this place and the first thing I noticed was the 10 story parking ramp and the 5 story ramp connected to this building. The Street View of the tower entrance is not meant for transit or pedestrians, just cars.

From the MN 4 MLS website: Can you explain the whole MLS exclusivity clause with the new Vikings Stadium? First let’s look at the language of the bill: The authority shall, for five years after the first NFL team home game is played in the stadium, grant the NFL team the exclusive right to establish...
