Did the 'For Lease' sign on Lime finally come down?? It would be great to get something in that large space after all this time.

Was pretty surprised to see them actively working on this at 10pm tonight. The crane was hauling up a big chunk of the siding as I drove by.

I was really surprised by the size of the construction site over by Hmong College Prep Academy on Snelling. It's huge!

This one is kicking off. Fences up and houses are coming down.

Feels like Mortenson usually has their ducks in a row. Think we can expect this to break ground quickly?

There's a temporary chain link construction fence around this lot now...not sure that's new?

Also saw a backhoe in the lot this weekend. Maybe digging will start soon?

With the angle that 1st Ave NE is set on, the phase II tower should have good views.

I can't really tell from this angle, but won't the new US Bank/Mortenson building block a good portion of the view from Phase 2?

Happy to see several smaller retail bays instead of just one big one. I hope the local businesses that are there now are able to move back in.
