I would love to see this project take place. It's a beautiful building in need of a rehab, and as mentioned above, in-core apartments are crucial. Keeping my fingers crossed for this one.

I can't think of any stick-built condos or condo proposals. Are they out there (in Minneapolis)?

It's a neat rendering. My problem with the entire scheme, however, is the closed-off plaza it creates. Unless those surrounding buildings could generate consistent foot traffic I fear it would quickly become a dead zone on non-gamedays.
