I don't understand the obsession some people have with BWW. Essentially any other sports bar has better wings than they do. The only special thing they have is the variety of sauces.

I toured lat45 and their only connection to the skyway requires a residential key from inside the building. From the skyway side there is a callbox similar to what you find at most apartments' front entries.

Does anyone know if there are plans to add skyway-level retail in the Haff Ramp/Public Safety center area to cater to the new 5000+ Wells Fargo employees? I walk through that stretch of the skyway daily and it's a hike from the new connection to anything meaningful. I know I got tired of the restaur...

Exactly, conditions had to be right -- it was only audible on quiet nights during the summer.

At least one person claimed they could hear the bells and announcements from Blue Line LRT stations all the way across the river.

I can corroborate this. I heard them on several occasions late at night when I lived near the St Kate's campus. (The bells at least, not the announcements.)

I'd be shocked if it wasn't at downtown east commons next year.

Nice building. But you'd think they'd want some form of service/retail in the building. Pretty much every building downtown has a coffee shop of some kind, which is pretty useful.

It will be connected to the Wells Fargo building at the skyway level which will have retail.
