Looks like they have one in downtown Chicago now.
Yup, it's pretty nice. Just east of Michigan ave. Pinstripes are cleaner, and modern compared to other places...

There also aren't height limits downtown (right?) so air rights would be worthless.

Yup still saying they have strong interest from residential, hotel, and Office. There is no way there is not going to be a hotel here, unless Franklin is incompetent.
