I'd love to see LRT/Streetcar, Rochester has the opportunity to grow up around some great transit. At least make 52 freeway grade the whole way through...

It would be interesting to know exactly what they plan on doing with the money to turn Rochester into a "vibrant" city.

Well 1368 is 26 stories taller then this. That probably has something to do with it. But it does seem like this is moving pretty fast, especially if they expect occupancy in 15 months.

Looking at this map by DaPerpKazoo, anyone have any guesses as to when/if the warehouse district will reach 10,000 pop/sqmi or 20,000 pop/sqmi? Seems like 10,000 is definitely in reach with all the projects going on, especially with how much space there is for more in the future.

Yea this really does knock out a huge surface lot. It's a little shorter than I had thought it'd be, but I'm excited to see it once the tower is done. I just hope that with such a large footprint the exterior can do enough to differentiate itself and add a little diversity to the block.
