Definitely an awesome addition to the vast sea of concrete that is Southdale.
But that water tower (one of the biggest west of the Mississippi R.) will always feel JUST TOO CLOSE and will provide a strange looming effect over an equally gigantic RH gallery...
By the way I don't like water towers :/

I actually live quite close to this little node. Apparently two proposals were received so far. I am looking forward to a high end condo or row house building. The westbound traffic here can back up a few blocks during rush hour though. In fact, there is a listing on Edina Realty for a 3-story condo...

I stood on the bridge for about 15 minutes during the stadium open house.
The majority of light rail riders did not seem to understand the bridge would help them cross the street, so they just walked over on street level.

Anybody else feel a little bad for the Foshay? I'm all for tall skyscrapers downtown but just concerned one of my favorite buildings will be dwarfed by a large next door neighbor
