Haven't biked this stretch of the Cedar Lake Trail for awhile, so this was a surprise. Is this part 2 of the existing development on Washington or a different one? What are they building on the lot just north of Spyhouse? Also, Pimento opened next to Icehouse and is yummy. Kung Fu Noodle next to Shuang Hur is also open, but have yet to eat there.

Blue Ox Coffee on Chicago is closing and hopefully finds a new location nearby. Their facebook page has a farewell throwdown on the 21st of this month. Not sure what's moving in that space.
