Re: Seven Points Uptown (Calhoun Square)

According to South Uptown newsletter the empty lot is now being designed for 120 affordable unit with construction in 2024. This road grinding they did on 394 6 years ago seems to have reduced tire noise by 47% so why is this not something MNDot has talked about doing for 35w or highway 62?

Re: Bicycle Infrastructure

I am happy to report that less than 24 hours after the new signs warning drivers not to hit the new concrete medians protecting the bike lanes on Blaisdell went in, the sign on the south side of 35th has been hit and was bent over, blocking the pedestrian crossing. I went by again, just an hour lat...

I was looking at the map for the orange line and I was wondering if anyone knew why they didn't or couldn't even now add stations on the on and off ramps at diamond lake road. Seems like it would server a large population to add a station there.

biggest disappointment is it looks like they are turning the girard pedestrian promenade into a service road for the grocery store and parking ramp. Maybe they will be able to spruce it up a bit and make it nice but who knows. Otherwise this would be really nice

Yea that target already struggled to keep up with the demand of that area. When I worked there when it first opened you could compare sales stats on your scanner and it was one of the top sellers in the metro of eggs and milk. it's going to be interesting once these few more buildings fill up
