Attended the meeting yesterday. Only one person spoke in opposition which was a resident of the Legacy. Obviously not happy with the new building blocking their view of the riverside. Anyway, all items for Eleven passed 6-0!

LS Black has started to move in construction equipment and it looks like they have began to do some work over the underground parking space. Are they also configuring this space as a plaza?

Well they just announced this today. Mortenson doesn't usually take long to produce renderings once they have been awarded a contract.

Is the space above the underground parking part of the ped bridge project? They showed a modified version of it in the rendering but I thought I read somewhere that it's part of another development.

They are covering up the screening!!

I think if they painted the screening to match the crown it would appear less jarring. They are not finished with construction so there's still hope.

They have a construction cam. Still working on the underground level, never realized how massive this building is going to be!

Not sure if skyline level signage is becoming a trend (I hope not) but does anyone know of any buildings downtown that have it?

They are doing some environmental cleaning at the Star Tribune building and a worker told me that demolition should start beginning of August.

From a distance for some reason the zinc used in covering the ventilation ducts appear to be lighter but when up close they are actually darker. In person those patches also appear to have a different texture from the surrounding zinc. I'm not sure if those patches will become less visible over time...

From 3rd street elevation it looks like they are working on the fifth level of the ramp. That has to be wrapping up before winter. Is there 6 or 7 levels that they are building? Met Council approved the bridge yesterday. It will cost $7mil due to design modifications and the Vikings are still paying half. Nice to see this moving forward!
