The Mall of America is beginning to market the new retail space that will be built as part of its Phase 1C expansion on the north side of the property. Hope it doesn't turn out that demolish all those buildings and nothing gets built at all or it takes forever for something to materialize. Minneapolis tried that in the past. Still recovering from that mistake.
