Re: Athletic Department Practice Facilities
A track at TCF would separate the fans too far from the playing field. I attended a school with that set up and it is far from ideal.
Are there any plans to connect this new development to the other side of the train tracks with a bridge/walkway?

I work in LaSalle Plaza. Rock Bottom gets a ton of business from Target Center and Target Field events, as well as the theaters. It seems as though most of their business comes from out-of-towners but they have a solid happy hour crowd from surrounding businesses too. Anything beats Crave (everyone ...

Re: Medical Examiner's Office - 530 Chicago Ave
How adequate is their current facility? Do they just want to move to be closer to the center of the area they serve (which includes Scott and Dakota Counties) or to get out of Dodge because of the new stadium? My understanding is that the current facility is woefully inadequate. They are well overc...

Medical Examiner's Office - 530 Chicago Ave
The Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office is requesting funding in the upcoming bonding bill to build a new facility. The new facility would no longer be downtown. Apparently the crime lab would be interested in expanding into the old Medical Examiner's Office, but given the value of the land (a...

This tidbit is from a credible source, but I didn't want to start a new topic just yet: Sherman is planning residential building with a Pinstripes at 240 Park Ave S.
