It is much lighter when in the sun, but certainly darker than the renderings. IMHO it looks nice, but I anticipate a lot of negative reaction on this site.

From what I have heard, this will be called the Encore and they hope to start work on it this Fall. Retail is still a possibility, but they haven't found a tenant yet.

I live across the street. Every night from 6:00 pm - 6:00 am they are hauling dirt. At any given time there is usually a lineup of 10 trucks waiting to be filled. They are constantly moving dirt off the site.
