Also missed that there is a second restaurant opening in the building as well, and looks like its seperate from the Hotel's restaurant (Umbra). That would explain the interior build out that is still going on at the corner of 3rd and Park. Sherman Associates also has a lease signed for a Denver-base...

The Hilton Canopy hotel officially opened for business today.

Its been fun watching this whole square finish its build out, and adjacent properties (Moxy Hotel, IronClad, Vicinity) near completion as well.

An update on the City Club apartment tower construction from the 10th Ave skyway

The Starbucks at street level here on Washington Ave. that has been "coming soon" for a while now has officially begun construction/build-out.

As of this morning the concrete is all down. They have now moved onto slowly cutting down the metal segments and stairwells with a welding torch.

New bar/restaurant concept moving into the ground floor of one of the new Wells Fargo towers. The "Restaurant Space For Lease" sign is down and there is now a coming soon sign! Although, still don't see how this opens its doors in 2018 (per their website and the article), considering the ...

I went for a tour here recently, the building is nearly completely leased up. I think they had less than 10 units available. Their rooftop (and the skyline view) is pretty incredible.

So weird that there's not a speck of Trader Joe's signage yet, or even a "Coming Soon" sign in the window.

As of last night there are now two large "Trader Joe's Coming Soon" banners hanging across the windows facing Washington Ave.

Moving in here at the end of the month and just toured this weekend. As MattW stated, the Jimmy John's opened on Friday. Leasing staffer we talked to expects TJs to be opening at the end of the month.
