How many of those windows will provide voyeristic views to the traffic on 35w?

I'm guessing miniblinds are among the many overpriced amenities of this building.

I don't remember where I saw it, but right now, the St. Paul airport's main runway is shortened due to the temporary floodwall. So, even if Air Force One can normally land there, it might not be able to right now.

This will be called "The Radius @ 15th".



Also, I really like that CPM does this. Much better, more useful advertising than putting "CPM" up there.

I know that this is a pretty small building, so it'll go up faster than I expect, but I feel like this is way behind schedule if they intend to be ready for move-in by the end of August.

Y'know, we had been assuming all through this thread that this building would have a skyway connection to the Nic on 5th, but it's not going to. Seems really strange, since the 5th St. Towers/Nic on 5th skyway is sooo close to this building. At the same time, it'll be interesting to see if this leas...

Just throwing out a wild guess here, but I don't think they intend for it to be 15-20 min late on a regular basis.

Did the plans come out today? I'd assume they would have been put up at the same time at the Theater Garage Marquee plans, but I can't figure how people are finding those on the city's website.

Well, from what I could see, they were testing whether it was a good idea to stop at every single intersection. They appear to have decided it works better to just stop at some.

Since everyone else was posting times, I took the train from Nicollet to East Bank just now.
Scheduled time: 9 min.
Actual time: 7 min, 45 sec.
So, clearly it can work, they just need to fine-tune things so it does.
