Nice shots - I really like how the building angles in just a tiny bit at the corner of Oak Grove and Clifton Place when facing north - this is visible in the last photo - it seems to really open up that corner with that little inward angle - it's not such a harsh right angle.

I think a lot of those people that were against this project threw out a lot of exaggerated claims as to how they would be affected - I remember the citizens for loring park community had a rendering of how this building would look if you were standing in loring park and they made it look like this ...

The Braun Intertec people were there yesterday afternoon -

New blog posting from their website with a rendering of one of the units - looks pretty nice! This is on the main floor of the building as the 2nd floor doesn't have as high of a ceiling.

Walking home today I captured an image of the 15th Street side of the building - they've been working on this section for a while - I'm trying to figure out of this will be the entrance to some lower level garage parking or not - seems like it would be a slightly sharp incline for cars - and only on...

Here is a photo from this morning (June 30) showing the progress of construction - the third floor of living space is done on the east side of the building. The third floor is basically complete on the east side of the building - they have a few of the walls of the fourth floor starting to go up now.

The west side of the building is trailing the east side a bit - I'll put some photos up this weekend.
