Is the Big Top move definitely a temporary move? Any idea how long they plan to be in the Perkins location?

Atalus, Just to clarify, will there be a right turn lane on on east bound 2nd St SW on your block? That would certainly reduce congestion with all cars going to the St Mary's ramps.

Looks like they started pushing dirt at the site yesterday.

Since the demolition wrapped up a couple of months ago, I've seen very little activity (I drive by on 2nd St SW every weekday at 3:30 pm). I just drove by and the snow from Monday lies undisturbed.

Is there any reason no work is being done on the "Residence at Discovery Square" and Alatus projects? Are they just waiting for spring?

I guess I haven't been paying attention, but where is the location of the EKN St. Mary's development?

I'm not sure I've seen mention of this other proposed project on the EKN website:
