You must be talking about single people because we use the oven nightly in my house and most of my neighbors do as well. The only ones that I know of that eat out nightly are single or couples without kids.

Re: Minnesota Governor Election 2018
The main benefit of a gas tax increase, barring a future change to the constitution, would be that it would make driving costlier and hopefully provide an increased disincentive. You obviously don't run a business that has a fleet of commercial vehicles. With wages alone we have increased rated to ...

Now let's hope they take heed of Goodman's proposal of starting the reconstruction of Hennepin on this end so that they can kill two birds with one stone and get both these projects done at the same time.

Tom recently passed away and I think this was his wish. Ever since the apartment building that had stood on the corner burned I think he had wanted to see the corner redeveloped, but he didn't have the means to do it himself.

Does this mean that they'll move from Washington Ave. downtown? I know the employees really like being in that location.
That lot would be another great development opportunity!

Of all the places to put "luxury", this is not the place... I could see market rate, but who wants to pay premium rates to hear freeway traffic and look at exit and entry ramps all day. I guess being able to walk to Home Depot can garner top dollar?!

It's interesting that Ryan would potentially have two fairly substantial residential buildings being built at the same time. I understand that they are a large company, but depending on the timeline it could put a strain on their resources. Makes me wonder if this one might not be further out than w...

I know during the Holidays Lunds used to hire police officers to direct traffic here because it would get so bad. I wonder if any underground parking would not be accessed from the west side of the building and the alley be used by residents to 64th? With that you have a light to enter onto Penn.

Work has started on the site of the former "tower" of Pentagon Park. The trees have been cleared and the left over concrete slabs are being taken up. Looks like the 2 hotels and parking structure are under way.

The structural engineer I'm married to said she thought it was a long-shot, but possible. It really comes down to how much it would cost to repair versus tear down and rebuild. If the pictures I saw were any indication, I'm guessing each unit will need repairs of some sort, many of them significant.

Unless you're a historian you're probably not going to know about King Leopold II. Granted, after finding out the history I would probably reconsider flying it, but it has zero to do with the crime there. The frustrating part about this story is that there are a lot of businesses that have invested ...

I think this is a case where the renderings don't do justice to what the actual building would look like. In some of the images it looks like a flat surface versus the brick that is actually proposed. That being said, I'm not a real fan of the balcony railings; I'm glad they're doing something diffe...
