Looks like the Twin Cities might be losing another Fortune 500 company. Medtronic is looking to acquire London-based Smith & Nephew. If it does, the company will move its headquarters to London.

Seeing that 4Marq can't get off the ground, I doubt there is enough demand for this one. It would be nice though.
