They really need to make more safer bike routes to and around the stadium. 400 bike spots are great, but this is location is not nearly as accessible by bike as TCF bank stadium. Extending the Midtown Greenway or creating the Ayd Mill Greenway would be excellent.

They should also move the 3rd precinct police station to the roof depot location, as the small area plan suggests. This would open up a fantastic TOD site.

The 5 way intersection at the Snelling Ave extension is a real mess too.

The lack of any sidewalks or pedestrian connections through both parking lots is also quite problematic.

Phase 2 of the oppidan/cub foods project. With all the development in this area, the city really should make sure the public space is well coordinated.

The slide says riparian character with dam removal and with dam remaining. The river could return to this 1895 state, with islands and more parkland along the shores, if the dams are removed.

Also, if you go to the last page of this document, there are some pretty interesting diagrams showing how the river would change with removal of the dams. It also looks like Target has started mobilizing for their renovation project.
