I know I'm late to the party, but could someone just give a quick summary of why this is a bad project? I honestly don't know. I actually think it looks quite good, as far as these apartment complexes go.

Swap the LRT tracks and 4th St and add a platform across from the intersection of 4th and Norm McGrew Pl. 99% of the people getting on or off at that point would be there for Vikings games. The entire north side of the stadium up to the tracks could be a pedestrian zone. Wow this makes so much sens...

It will also be the point where the Bottineau and Southwest lines will come together in the future. And I think there might be plans to better connect the Northstar platform and the Ceder Lake bike trail…?
