- I want to see the Pizzayogasubway get developed first before anything else happens
- If Doran is really buying the lot that the creator of SD thinks, he will have a hard time developing it

If money/owner stinginess wasn't a factor, I would definitely want to see the Pizza Hut/Yoga/Parking lot and McDonalds auxiliary parking lot be developed. As a review, the neighborhood supports this project, albeit by a narrow margin.
