I think they may have started some excavating on the site. I've seen some dirt being moved that didn't seem related to the Izzy's construction yesterday.

Adding the greenery facing Central Ave, and building that structure on the roof of the existing building, is going to really help make this area less imposing. Hopefully there will be more redevelopment along Central Ave to make it more hospitable.
