Heh, bad as that is, it seems less bad than ground-floor apartments downtown like at Edition, etc. Though this one on Como has the added badness of headlights shining right into apartment(s).

In 2019 , Metro Transit took in about 26% of its operating budget in fares. I haven't seen a breakdown on how much it costs to maintain TVMs, etc, but I'm reasonably sure it's not anywhere near $110M a year. I'd guess not. The area is guided to stay industrial in St. Paul's 2040 plan. With the light industrial market remaining red hot, I'll bet their current facility will be subleased in a heartbeat.
