Food hall renovation looks to be well underway. Lots of equipment on-site looks to be stabilizing the exterior.

This one has started construction.

I think I saw a construction trailer on site when I drove by today. I like this one, so I would be happy to see this one get started.

I think the building itself looks OK, it just seems to make some odd choices. Live/work unit on the skyway, walk up units on 3rd street, loading dock for two semis, weirdly hidden sports courts that still face the street??? Idk. I'd like it a lot more over in Downtown East or Loring Park I think. Or...

Finally finally a restaurant going into the space here.

A sign on the house next to the Kitty Klinic on 35th and Lyndale said 19 units (I think?) was being proposed there. That seems like quite a squeeze on one lot, so I wonder if either the Kitty Klinic building is getting roped in too?

Five Watt empire continues to expand. Looks like they're taking over the former Vicinity space at 34th and Lyndale (based on signs in the windows).

Is Phase 2 still a thing? Looks like there's a bunch of equipment on site.

I like this one, especially all the brick accents, and would love to see developments like this all over the city. That said, I'd like it even more if it was symmetrical - seems very rare to see that now in a new building.

Thought I saw a "Proposed New Development" sign in front of the Olive Garden along 394 this morning. Was too far away to get any details though.

Furniture store looks to have moved out recently. This one seems to be moving along faster than some of the others nearby that were proposed around the same time.

I think the live/work alley is pretty interesting, certainly unique. I'm happy to see a developer trying something new.

I like it! I wish the glass portion had more rounded corners (maybe it would look weird, idk) since I'm just sick of everything being so square in this part of town, but am totally fine if it's built as is. The retail spaces seem LARGE. I wonder if they have something in mind, because I really can't...

This thing is giving me serious uncanny valley vibes. It's like a parking garage is trying its hardest to be an apartment building, but just can't quite get over the hump.

This is pretty well underway. There's a number of other projects in the neighborhood that seem to be going on too. Nice to see this area get worked on a little.

The entire vacant block between the Doubletree and the new medical building is fenced off with heavy equipment onsite cutting down trees. Anyone know what's going here?
